66-ft end-fed wire at 25 ft AGL. 130-ft snake aerial for 80 RX. Thanks for the
good ears, everybody. I have made a couple of station inprovements and can hear
better but probably not transmit any louder. At least now I can switch bands
without running to another room. And I finally solved the problem of RF getting
into my TT Jupiter (via the remote control pod) and sending the radio into the
microwaves. My station is so pathetic. I am so pathetic. But 13 people loved me
tonight, in 30 minutes, some more than once. I QLFed one person pretty badly, I
think it was K4BAI; sorry, John.
