Comments:

Overall poor conditions. I had 2 serious problems. I could hear the stations
with large, high antennas who were obviously hearing many stations I simply
could not hear. This was further aggrivated, particularly on 40M, by many Asian
Stations I was hearing, of which none operated above 7025KHz early Saturday
morning, and only 2 ventured above 7025 early Sunday morning. I frankly see
this as a matter of sportsmanship. I did apparently, in a serious
miscalculation, miss a major opening on 15M late Saturday Evening. I had moved
to 40, failing to realize that 20 and 15 apparently stayed open well into the
night. I hope conditions will be better for All Asian SSB in the Fall. Bert,
