Comments:

Poor conditions early on, but improved near local midnite both nights.  No Eu or
Pac heard, but reasonable conditions to central and South America... High (150')
dipole was still better than the new 1/4 vertical (32 1/4 wave radiials) on the
majority of signals, but had to use the vertical to get up into the nose bleed
section of 160 as there were some good mults way up there in the open.. 
Majority was S&P, hard to find a run frequency, hard to get anyone to respond,
and then someone I had already worked would slide in and start CQing. Worked
very few VE sections, and missed DC DE and hard to believe, OK!
