Comments:

The WI guys typically put on a good party for a state the size of Wisconsin, and
this year was no exception. The biggest distraction here was a bright glowing
object in the sky, one that had not been much seen in many months. I took
advantage of this to prepare a response to a very unusual email I received
earlier in the week: from the local utility power line noise guy, to the effect
of "I'm planning activity in your area in the next few weeks, do you have any
new noises?"!  So I was out and about chasing down seven different problem
poles in the neighborhood which I've now reported. Now for him to confirm them
and get them fixed!

I hope to see everyone, WI and otherwise, when I'm on the mobile end of those
pileups in the Michigan QSO Party, on Saturday April 18.
