Comments:

Thanks to everyone for the qsos. The  bands were better than what the numbers
had predicted. However, a Santa Anna condition developed Friday and the noise
level went from  a zero to a 57 to 59 when the contest started. Thanks to
everyone for the repeats during this time.  Saturday night, a fog  engulfed our
area and the noise subsided by Sunday some what. 

With the change in frequency allocations, it was  interesting to hear very loud
Asian stations in the American band working split to the 7040 to 7100 area.
