Comments:

Who was it that said something about the best laid plans of mice and Locusts?

Had a most enjoyable T-Day dinner with K6DN and his clan, except that I QLF'd
bigtime and spilled part of a desert on the (fortunately) hardwood floor while
trying to scoop it out of the container. Embarrassing.

RUSHED home figuring I had ten minutes to fire up the Locust Peak Confuzer,
clone the TR4W file, reset the clock to WWV, etc. All of these things
cudda-shudda-wudda been done BEFORE I left for Dan & Pat's. Oh well.

Feeling about twice as heavy from eating too much, I was all QRS fumble fingers
trying to get ready by 0230 UTC and it didn't happen. Major frustration. A few
CW blips went out, but finally called a decent CQ on 40m. A loud PJ4/K4BAI
replied and then I QLF'd something when I pressed the button to reply.
Embarrasing silence. We finally made the 2-way Q at 0239 UTC(sorry for the
QLF, John), and I decided at that point it was time to QRT, make a quick call
to a ladyfriend and then plop on the couch.

TR4W says 1 QSO but no mult and no points. I'm claiming 1, 1 & 1 just
because.

Happy Thanksgiving to all, and sorry I was too QLF here to hand out some more
Q's.

73...

Rick, K6VVA * The Locust
