Comments:

Awful, just awful. I did better than this QRP in the Thursday
and Friday night practices. Speaking of which, my new 20m antenna
was working Thursday and Friday night, but for Saturday its an
open connection, and no time to trouble shoot, Sprint starts in 5
minutes, so use the old low tribander for 20m. At least the new
40m and new 80m are working even though they are on the same remote
switch as the one not working...

Also, electric fence noise bursts from the neighbor, even though I
talked with her on Wednesday and she said she'd turn it off. Another
call just gets the answering machine... live with it.

Ohhh what a terrible QRP rate on 20m, I was getting beat out, and no
answers to CQs, but at least I discovered the wireless router makes
birdies on 20m, and I turned it off. I stuck around for 90 minutes
because I was getting mults, and I knew it would only be worse when
I got to 80m later.

Finally, I got a little speed going on 40m, the rate more than doubled.
Another blow when I worked a known QRPer - and he was far ahead of me...
but I kept moving along pretty well on 40m.

OK, finally it was the last half hour, and time for 80m. No wins
calling people, even the strongest stations would CQ back at me.
Of course, no answers to CQs - expected when QRP on 80m. Finally I
managaed to work a string of CA, OR and WA to make it less than a
total washout.

I barely topped my QRP score from Feb Sprint, and I had been hoping
for a BIG increase, what with all that Thursday night practice. Well,
if I fix the 20m antenna, and get rid of the electric fence noise, I'll
have a chance next time.

Thanks for the CW practice, and congrats to the good ears that worked me.
