Comments:

40m was a tough go from this far west and north. Tough to break through the east
coast wall on Friday and Saturday nights. Not a peep was heard on 80m.  

20m was the best to EU that I have seen in a long time on the first day. The
band opened around 1300z with a few big guns being heard. Continued to hear
signals up until 0030z on Sunday. Signals were not overly strong but the QRN
was almost zero. I was able to complete several QSO's at S-0 levels. What
amazed me was some of these ESP contacts asked for QTC. Missed quite a few
hours because of other commitments.
