Comments:

AZ Monsoon with lightning created nice handicap. Activity on 15-m and 10-m
between 1945Z and 2230 was light with strongest signals from Ecuador and
Columbia (HC2A, HK1R). North American stations on 15-m and 10-m were too few
and too weak to abandon run on 20-m.
