Comments:

Ran the FlexRadio 1500 for the first time in a contest using internal memories
and keyboard as the radio has a to-be-fixed issue with CW keying. :( Rcvr is
better than IC-756 in sensitivity, selectivity, filter selection and amazing
noise reduction. Needs a decent (not great) computer. One PC was running 50-60%
so switched to a little more modern single-core HP which ran it fine at 20 per
cent of CPU. Worked everyone I could hear with almost no repeats at 5 watts
into Explorer at 16 meters. Latency not an issue which was a big surprise. This
QRP rig is a winner and will only get better in time. Cool.
