Comments:

Nice contest.  I like the time segments.  Last year I didn't know about them and
had no idea what was going on until the contest was over.  This year I paid
attention.  Operated a bit on other bands too, but 40 was my favorite.

As others have pointed  out, it still feels as if we're stuck in a sun spot
rut.
