Comments:

Missed MN, IA, WI, ND, IL. Heard IL on Sat but band changed suddenly. Adding XE
states was a 'stroke of genius', IMO. Only worked a dozen XE states + 4 VE
provinces. Did have VE8EV call during a run. 
Learning to use SteppIR's different modes some. Interesting!!
