I wanted to try diversity RX with the K3 so I built a 5 el yagi to use with the
Steppir and mounted it about 100' away and at the same height as the Steppir. 
However, after using the diversity RX for a couple of hours it was clear that
more QRM was coming from the speaker connected to the 3 el Steppir yagi because
of its wider AZ and that was degrading the overall RX more than the space
diversity was helping so I used only the 5 el yagi for the rest of the contest.
 Conditions were excellent and reminded me of the way 15m used to sound from HC1
back in the late 70s. 73, Al CE1/K7CA
