Comments:

Conditions seemed better this week than last.  Still, no joy here, seems most of
the mid-west is skipping over me except on 160m.  Lots of stations in my noise
level on 80m and 40m.  160m continues to be my best band for receiving. Just
before the contest start was hearing decent signals from the east coast.

I jumped into the middle of a Q between RO and VVA, thought it was VVA's end,
but it was their beginning- sorry guys.

Still, Q total way to low.
