Comments:

UPS delivered my Christmas present, a K3, earlier in the day. I got it
interfaced to the shack and N1MM about 15 minutes before the NS started and was
still playing with various features at the start. Meaning: I had the XMIT TEST
function turned on at first - which explains why the great sounding CW in my
headset wasn't getting any responses over the air.

Conditions were only so-so but lots of activity. I gave 80 an extra allocation
of time but on a Qs/minute basis, probably should up that. Meanwhile, I'll be
busy playing with all the filtering capabilities on the K3 for next time.
