Comments:

Over 2 1/2 inches of rain during contest.  Couldn't operate much on Sunday
because of other responsibilities.  Conditions were poor with low activity
level.  I even missed many of the locals I regularly work. Only worked two in
PA- W3SO and KA1ZE/3 both on 2M, no one in OH for first time in a VHF test, and
only one in NJ, WB2RVX, on 2m although Mike was good copy on 222, but couldn't
copy my low power. Conditions to south and west even worse, especially on the
higher bands. Did not work a single rover.  I need to get my microwave station
working a lot better.  Plan to have 902/3, 2.3, 3.7, and 10 GHz working for
June.  Thanks for the Qs.
