Comments:

Conditions seemed down this year - no Es on 6, longer distance tropo on the
higher bands was spotty at best. Activity seemed to be up, lots of new calls
worked. Good rover turnout. No failures happend during the contest (for a
change), but I noted lots of items that need improvement.
