Comments:

With the start of ctest also snow storm started and lasted until Sat/Sun
midnight. This brought constant static noise on all antennas. The dx runs
thought all ctest were at noise levels. Apologies to those that were not copied
well. Luckily, after the sky cleared with strong wind in Sunday morning, 10 new
states were put in log in less than two hours. Wish that would have such
hearing all the ctest, or at least also in Saturday morning.

Heard a number of states/prov, but due to various reasons not worked them: UT,
MT, BC, DE and countries CE, V31, FM, HC, ZL, YE, HS.

Compared to last year, 7 less states logged due to conditions and noise, same
country number and 200 more qsos, finishing at near 900k, still under 1M
points.
Nice ctest.
