Comments:

Were conditions down, or was it just the op? Score significantly less than a
year ago. Snowstorm QRN the second night made for some rough-copy periods.

Some station and antenna improvements seemed to pay off. A K3 transceiver is
new to the station. Never had the feeling of being crowded anywhere on the
band. A 950-foot broadside Beverage pair, spaced 200 feet, toward Europe
consistently out-hears the shorter, stagger-phased pairs (535 and 750 feet). I
was hearing many more stations than I could work for a change. Next we'll focus
on the TX array: 4 elements may not be enough! A 1/8 wave spaced pair of short
verticals phased by the NCC-1 was another addition to the RX antenna farm. 

FT-1000MP for 2nd Rx, though I used it very little. Mostly just used the two RX
in the K3 on different antennas. 

Missed South Dakota, VO2/NWT/Yukon/NU. Never heard any of these. 

Heard a couple weak JA the first morning but no QSO till after sunrise on
Sunday, then three in the log (the last 20 minutes past sunrise).

Stats:

968 two-pointers, 84 five-pointers and 353 ten-pointers.

First two hours 100+ but only one DX then though band was wide open to Europe.
