Comments:

Conditions poor. Almost no propagation to EU Until Saturday evening utc. 40M
also poor to EU. Some E layer on 15M. Signals from JA also down. Almost same
condx as we had at the bottom of the cycle.

Still, always fun to try to pull out weak signals.
Thanks to all who qso'd me and those who tried so hard. Maybe bands will
improve  this winter north of the equator.

One of the bright spots was several very good signals from SA.
