Comments:

How about considering having a SO1R category ?? Then maybe I would make more of
an effort to get on regularly for these. Otherwise I will just be a casual
participant and only get on every once in awhile. I can't come close to someone
doing SO2R with 4 bands to cover in only 30 mins.
