Comments:

Very little activity...only 3 S/A stns worked in very limited time!!  Just LU,
CE and HK.  No openings heard on 10M or 15M.  Possibly R-1 minor HF radio
blackout which occurred during contest to blame??

Many more S/A stns need additional encouragement to play...maybe, the world
work ONLY S/A??  Strongest S/A sigs from HK3CQ on 20M Sunday AM.
