Comments:

Well, I had fantasies of managing to work few Shires(I have been trying to
collect VK Shires like I collect USA Counties) Whenever I work a VK I try to
locate their Shire. I heard absolutely no VK's of any band this weekend until
VK4TJ answered me while I was calling CQ for the SKCC Weekend Sprint on 20M. I
have no idea of how much power he runs, or his antenna, but apparently my
signal was sufficiently readable there that I asked his Shire after we
completed our SKCC exchanges. He came back with TWB. Well, I couldn't find that
in the published list of VK Shires but I did figure out that TW4 on their list
is Toowoomba Council in Queensland, Australia. So I submitted my log, with my
score of 1, just to let them know that at least I'm interested in collecting
