Comments:

In the Washington DC area, there are constant radio commercials for something
called "sedation dentistry," where apparently they put you under anesthesia and
work on your teeth all day. I think there needs to be a "sedation 160 SSB"
contest - for me, 160 phone is like having my teeth drilled into.

I just got on a few times to spin the dial and pass out contacts. Between what
seemed like high absorption and just the difference between CW and SSB, I
thought my antenna had fallen down. Sunday am pre-East Coast sunrise seemed
like decent conditions.
