Comments:

Had a horrorshow of trouble. One hour before contest began, my computer crashed
and it wasn't until 24 hours later that the computer was restored with all the
software and drivers needed to play, but by then my head wasn't interested
after the PC set backs. Then on Saturday I learned that RTTY on 40M and my
AL-811 were doing odd things to my TS-2000. No other mode on 40M acted on the
rig; the frequency slowly drifted up during transmit, and the RF drive meter
was fluctuating. So on 40M I remained a 100w player. But on 20M I played with
the amp cranked up. Thanks for the EU stations that heard me, you made it a
treat with my horizontal loop antenna! Thanks all for the QSOs and for putting
up my CQ-running glitches hi hi 73s -Lyle.
