Comments:

In April 2010 Igor VE3ZF, Valdas VE3VO, Max VE3CCN and Jack VA3ATT formed a team
for a participation in the Ontario QSO Party from Twilight Island, Manitoulin
District, Northern Ontario. Weather conditions on Lake Huron in this time of
year is a complex one - a strong wind, rain, snow...Installation of antennas
was a challenging task. The wind was gusting 50 km per hour and more. 40
meter's phased verticals having 3 tier support guides barely could hold from
ripping them off or bending. Phased vertical for 80 meters left unpacked -
under such wind to put it up would be simply impossible.
Nevertheless, the team worked cohesively and during 2 days antennas and the
equipment was set for the multi-multi operations.

As the most intense moments during the Ontario QSO Party 2010 I would like to
mention several good opening and pile ups with Europe on 20 meters and quite
huge pile ups with the USA on 40 meters. Thanks to WP2B, VA3CCO and VE3KZ who
gave to us multipliers on all low bands CW and SSB as well.

Thanks to all who called us in the Ontario QSO Party 2010, will see you again
in the next one.

73!

Igor Slakva VE3ZF
