Comments:

...score considerably lower than last Year.  There was simply no good
propagation to EU from the West Coast.  I really missed those 6-point EU QSOs
on 40.  EU propagation also very poor on 20.  The 6-pointers with JA on 40 were
not enough to compensate.   The A Index was 26 for much of the contest.  That's
life...
