Comments:

Sixty percent S&P.  IC-756PRO3 at 100 watts.  Very poor conditions both days. 
Activity on 10 and 160 was almost NIL.

EU stations were very sparse.  Mostly N.A. and S.A.  No Asian stations heard,
only two African stations heard/worked, and only KH6 and ZL for Oceania.  This
was more like an NAQP, but the rates were not even as good as usually found in
NAQP events.
