Comments:

Post-contest modifications to HB amplifier are required.  Mods were attempted
all through the contest until Sunday afternoon, at which time amplifier
operation became acceptable. Now, Tuesday, I'm implimenting smaller, like
fixes, inside the amplifier.  Most points were made Late Sunday.
