Comments:

Just S&Ped on and off. Missed NE SEC. Heard 3 stations from NE, but they were
weak and slow, couldn't control pile-ups, and just QRTed after awhile, so I
watched Chargers instead.

Good to see 15m opening up again. At my QTH 15m is much quieter than 20m. I
wonder if the 20m noise is China's OTH radar and not power lines?
