Comments:

The diehards were there tonight, few stations, but DUPES OK, therefore SO2R
worked well.  Haven't counted, but I think half my Qs were with NO3M, one
string of seven with Ty on 80/40m!

Comments on time for NS seem to be suggesting a compromise:  03Z during
standard time, 02z in DST.  Will need to get concurrence from N6ZFO and W9RE,
but maybe 1900 Pacific, etc), year round will work.  What think thee?
