Another thoroughly enjoyable CQP!  I spent the first 3 hours trying for a sweep
and missed by 8 counties. After that, I operated when I could since I was also
needed as control op for the 2010 Hesston College ARC's first on-the-air
practice.  15 never really opened up, but the lower bands seemed to be in good
shape on Saturday evening.  Great fun all the way around.  My sweep came at
2341Z, compliments of NI6T in Tehama. There were only a few mobiles out and
about, most not in the party. Top mobile for me was K6AQL/m with 3 contacts.

Congrats to Dennis and Paul for excellent scores in the HP category. Thanks to
the NCCC for sponsoring the event, and thanks to all for the Qs!
