Comments:

Heard and missed Bradford, Chester and Delaware counties. The conditions were
really spotty. During the day 20 meters went long with the PA stations nearly
disappearing. PA is just on the edge of my daytime 40 meter range. Never heard
a peep on 15 or 10.
