Comments:

Enjoyed all the the activity and continued improvements in propagation.  Have
replaced my SteppIR with my older Force 12 C4 and I really miss the SteppIR
performance and it's ability to tune both the CW and SSB portions of the band. 
My C4 40m dipole (tuned for CW) was a real handicap with 5:1 SWR and power
backed way off.  Thanks to the stations who could copy my signal!!  But maybe I
can keep this antenna working through this next winter.
Looking forward to CW next month.
