Comments:

Missed Saturday due to Ten Tec Hamfest and SEDCO (envied K4LTA's mobile setup!),
only caught one person Saturday night: KF5EMX who was working hard to make some
QSOs (and a bit lonely but great technique!). Didn't find anyone else on 160 or
80 or on CW either, it was kinda late.

Sunday was the day for me. It was pretty much a one band show and 20 was the
place to be. I called for a bit on 15 and heard F5IN calling too, but no one
worked. 40 started out "OK", but became more difficult and noisy as the day
progressed. 20, on the other hand, was gangbusters. I was actually able to run
on SSB and had a number of s9+ reports. Some of the pileups were "easier" to
break than others, a few of the mobiles were REALLY cranking on CW so the piles
moved pretty quick. Some just did not hear me at all, imagine there was a lot of
noise in some cases. Judging by some of the counties, I imagine guys waving to
each other as they passed on the highway.

Congrats to KE0G for a great score and enviable multiplier count.

Outstanding mobile operations, can't say any more than that... K5NA (11)AD4EB
(10), NO5W (9), N5RZ (9), W0BH (8), W5TM (6), N3BB/N9JF/W3DYA (5),
N5XG/N5XTR/WD5IYT (4) and I probably missed someone as well...

Something else to be envied was the many DX stations who were working Texas,
always nice to see a good DX turnout in a state QSO party.

Thanks to the TxQP team who will do the post contest work.

Cheers,
Julius
