Comments:

Good start to the ladder, hoped for slightly better conditions based on last
week.  Bands in general had a high level of QRN.  80M started getting weird,
where everyone started sounding mushy and QSB.  Missed west coast guys on 80
and 160, hopefully this isn't the end of cross continent QSOs on the lowbands
during NS, certainly helps the mults.

Sorry to LN Bruce for sending your call twice during two QSOs; logger jumped to
wrong function key mode and resending the exchange caused that extra callsign to
be inserted.

Hope conditions quiet down for at least a couple more weeks to foster some
better activity on 160.
