Comments:

I don't normally enter contests as QRP but have done this one QRP three times in
a row now. With the bulk of the contacts in South America I can do well enough
to keep from getting totally frustrated. The switch to this date from the
mid-May was not a good change in my opinion - far too much competition from
other contests. I also liked the NA-SA format better, Never the less I had a
good time.
