Comments:

I was looking forward to this contest to try out new antenna, but found condx to
be very poor  - at least here in the Northwest.  (An "A" index of 23 at end of
contest gives some indication.)

Started late, due to computer snafu, so missed the best EU opening.  Spent the
whole time on 20m.  (Heard K4GMH briefly on 15m, but no other station.  Nothing
heard on 40m.)  Lots of QSB on 20.  The most consistent signals were S53M and
KH6GMP.
