Comments:

Otherwise a nice contest, but with only 41 W/VE qsos and 19 states/provinces no
chance to compete.  The whole NA direction was badly blocked through the whole
contest.  89 JA qsos was a nice surprise.

Strange condx at noon (on Sunday) local time, when the band is normally totally
dead. Heard quite a few W7 and JA stations on the band, but no one heard me,
unfortunately.
