Comments:

Missed the first 10 minutes, but that's my deer-in-the-headlights time anyway so
probably didn't lose much.  Tnx to those who slowed down to 30 wpm or so for me.
 About 10% more Q's than my last Sprint so must be making at least a small
improvement.
