Comments:

Interesting 10 meter conditions, though very noisy here at times probably due to
high winds playing havoc with power lines. Lost power after 1700 Saturday for 6
hours.

Europeans all worked on backscatter heading 90 to 180 degrees. Heard OL4A and
IT9GSF several times with a nice signals, but nearly all others were one-time
in and out. Did not attract much attention calling CQ, so almost all QSOs
S&P--thanks all.
