Comments:
I decided to do a fun NAQP CW with my usual QRP, then
work RTTY RU on Sunday. I was immensely pleased with the
band conditions, I managed runs on 10m that seemed a dream!
I blew way past my original goal to a new personal best! This
would have been 1st place QRP last year, but I'm sure scores
are higher this year. I ran 10m, 15m, and 20m until sunset,
then took a break for dinner and to avoid banging my QRP head
too early against the CW/RTTY crowd on 40m. When I got on
40m it was good, but people were leaving fast, so my 40m score
is my weakest this year. It seemed that RTTY stayed above 7035
or 7040, so CW was possible on the low end. Low bands while
QRP exceeded my low expectations (borne of experience.) I
could actually work people on 80m and 160m while QRP! Of
course a lot of credit to the people who listen - Thanks!
