Comments:

The amp is back from the shop but still not working right, so it was off this
evening.  I thought for awhile that was the reason no one heard me on 40, but
then I decided 40 was just really long with only a few CA stations at first.  I
CQd for maybe 10 minutes with zero answers on 40, but later was able to pick off
a few on the second radio.

Once everyone moved to 80, the action picked up.  I even worked EA, HB, and OK
this evening on 80, so good DX conditions, too.  HNY to all!
