Comments:

I thought activity was down a bit compared to last year. Really poor conditions
on the higher bands for the first 10 to 12 hours. 20M seemed to improve late
and was open all night. 40M was in good shape after 00z.  80/160m were
seasonally noisy.  All the HQ stations did a great job.
