Comments:

Condx truly dismal on 6m and 2m until about 1930z when the CArib and northern
tier of SA were in here like a house afire.  To add to the chaos, I heard or
worked many W1, 2, 3 and 4's on backscatter while beaming SSE.  Only some of
the stations realized this , so many were quite weak.  The ones that were
beaming SSE were really pounding in here.
