Comments:

We had a lightning hit couple of weeks before the contest.
Almost everything has something broken. Worse was the antenne points direction
25 degrees which was nice for working scandinavian stations but not so nice for
stations from other locations. Our tower climber is on vacation, if he is back
we can start checking the damage up the tower.
So not a serious effort.
