Comments:

The propagation towards NA was not that good during the Saturday. It was just
amazing how many loud stations just did not heard me (do I need more power than
100 W and a stack of several tribanders? ;-) ), most QSOs this day were made
with stations close to east coast. My first day result was about 40 QSOs - not
bad compared to 61 QSOs in total in 2010 - but I expected much more because of
nice solar activity. Well, after first day I was not really optimistic and even
considered to no participate in Sunday.

Still, I decided to try and my mood changed a lot during Sunday, propagation on
15m was pretty good and progress was remarkable. Probably I worked couple of
previously unworked states, too. Most surprising QSO was my last one - during
nighttime (about 19:30 local time) I called to my wife to say that I'm coming
home soon. And to finalize the contest, I decided to shout towards a loud
"multiplier station" on 15 m one more time. Well, he heard me and I did hit the
magic 100 QSO count.

By the way, the 10m band was completely quiet for me during whole weekend, I
did not heard any station (even European ones) there, altough I checked it
quite often, specially when the number of spots started to grow.

Conclusion: nice contest despite low power and sometimes one-way propagation.
