Comments:

Rig FT990 w/MFJ 1026 Noise Cancel system
DX Engineering 43' Vertical w/32 Radials.  Antenna Tuner at the base of
vertical. For 160M transmit used Alpha Delta DX-LB w/apex at 40 feet.

Local noise controlled by the MFJ1026.  Atmospheric noise was greater than the
MFJ1026 could handle. Noise floor from atmospheric effects was high at this
location compared to the past year's events.

This was 95% S&P using DX Cluster.  No running, some hunting outside of the
packet system.  

10 Meters: Could hear some EU, worked only a few (EA + CU)did not find great
conditions, better than last month, yet much to change before this location
will be able to work consistent E-W.  Mostly a N-S event.
15 Meters:  Best band, 23 EU Mults and many JA - OC workable, crowded and
competitive.
