Comments:

I've participated in several contests, but this is the first time I'm actually
going to submit a log. Had fun operating QRP into a small magnetic loop on my
balcony. I don't know how many Washington, DC stations were on the air, but a
lot of my contacts were very happy to hear a DC station.
