Comments:

Better conditions like 2010 and hell of an activity from Russia. Improved score
by 20% from last year but still not enough to win Germany. Congrats to the DL1A
team who did again better than us.

Drastic penalties, very short deadline and hard decisions by the RDXC contest
committee seem not to drive anyone away from this one. Rather the contrary is
true.
